Brač, Postira, NEW MODERN BUILDING with 6 apartments in an ideal location harmonized with a combination of traditional and modern materials to fit into the nature that surrounds it. Designed as a regular cube with three above-ground floors and a roof. Moving in will be possible in the spring of 2022.

All apartments have a three-sided orientation and sea view, as well as access to the balcony or loggia. Balcony railings are provided with transparent tempered glass. Large glass walls are positioned in the main living areas and smaller bathroom openings are designed on the gable walls.

The construction of the buildings is a system of AB circlates and brick walls and monolithic AB slabs. The roof is diagonal, concrete. The facade is planned with ETICS thermal system d = 10cm with PVC multi-chamber profiles and glazing with IZO thermal insulation glass with lowE coating and low coefficient of thermal conductivity.

Outdoor sun protection will be by installing outdoor shutters. The floor coverings in the apartments are parquet and / or ceramics. All partition walls are made of blocks, and the interior carpentry is wooden. Sanitary equipment will be manufactured by Grohe and equivalent.

The heating and cooling system will be solved by installing a multi split system connected to the indoor units. Underfloor electric heating will be provided in the toilets. Electrical installations include low and strong electricity, lightning rods, telecommunications, internet and televisions.

Each apartment will have a separate meter of electricity and water consumption.

In this phase of construction, it is possible to make changes during construction in the form of choosing ceramics and parquet, installation of additional equipment etc.
