Hvar island, south side, designer residential villa under construction

Designer villa with 8 apartments in three different types, located in a beautiful small town on the south side of the island of Hvar.
This unique property is adorned with carefully selected contemporary details that, combined with indigenous, Dalmatian construction, ensure the designer look of the villa, but also provide a feeling of warmth and comfort of home.
The goal of the design was achieved by choosing local materials: Hvar stone and wood in combination with large glass surfaces that characterize modern construction. Accordingly, each room has enough light and warmth and, most importantly, a fantastic sea view. In addition, each apartment has its own parking. The villa has a private pool of 8x5 m, with a large sun terrace.

The location is extremely quiet and ideal for a family vacation. Beautiful beaches are 180 m away, and in privacy, peace and luxury you can enjoy the best that the island has to offer. Hvar is very well connected to the mainland and nearby islands by frequent ferry and catamaran lines.
The completion of the Dubovica-Sveta Nedelja road, which shortens the trip to Hvar to only 20 minutes, is scheduled for this year. It connects with a beautiful road overlooking the sea that leads along the most beautiful landscape of the turquoise sea and mountain vineyards that produce the best wine in this part of Europe.
Near the house there is a shop and several restaurants offering fresh fish and various local specialties.
Completion is planned for April 2022.
