Pula - Multi-apartment building project, moving in at the end of 2023

PULA ŠIJANA 2023 - a new project for the construction of multi-apartment buildings in the location of Šijana with and located near all essential facilities for a quality life. The project envisages the construction of nine multi-apartment buildings with a total of 35 apartments, four apartments in each building, except building 8, which will have three apartments each. The apartments that will be built as part of the PULA APARTMANI ŠIJANA 2023 project will be two-room apartments on the ground floor from 53 m2 to 60 m2, and one-room apartments from 45 m2 to 48 m2 on the first floor of the building. , as well as two-room apartments from 46 m2 to 58 m2 on the first floor of the building and three-room apartments from 93 m2 to 103 m2 on the second floor of the building, equipped with two bathrooms, excellent layout of space with excellent flow between them.

All apartments have at least one parking space within the building, while two parking spaces are provided for three-room apartments on the second floor of the building. By purchasing each apartment, buyers will be able to choose a storage room on the ground floor of the building from 1 m2 to 3 m2 for storing things, etc. Apartments on the ground floor of the building will be able to use the spacious gardens surrounding the building for personal use and free time. Green areas and planting of traditional Istrian varieties of plants (rosemary, olive, laurel, etc.) are planned in the construction environment.

The interior design of the apartments will meet higher construction quality criteria as well as a high energy certificate: thermal facade, multi-level heating and cooling system with inverter air conditioners in the living area of the apartment and in all rooms, high-quality Italian ceramics and first-class laminates, entrance security doors, residential carpentry made of high-quality PVC profile, glazed with double IZO glass filled with argon, electric underfloor heating in bathrooms, etc.

The completion of the project is expected at the end of 2023.
