Description
Smaller residential building under construction on the island of Ciovo, Okrug Gornji area, located on a plot of 730m2 in a very attractive location for year-round housing, as well as for tourist rent. It is oriented to the south, east and west. It has excellent asphalt access from the main road and open sea views. All necessary facilities such as cafes, restaurants and shops are within 600 m, while the airport is only 5 km away.
It consists of four floors:
