Zagreb Residences is a "high end" residential project in a prestigious location in Šestinski vijenac Street
Eleven planned residential buildings are arranged in four rows so that each unit has a wide, panoramic view of the city and Medvednica. The recognizable architecture is well integrated into the green environment, and the concept of "frame" ensures aesthetic homogeneity and flexibility in the interior layout. Housing units are detached or semi-detached, with one or two apartments, which allows anyone interested in living in this location to find what suits them best.
In the "first" row from Šestinski vijenac Street, the construction of two family houses is planned, each of 400 square meters. The houses in this "first row" are planned with a basement garage for three vehicles, ground floor, first floor and recessed floor with access to the roof terrace with pool. The ground floor will house an entrance hall with wardrobe and toilets, open space living room and dining room and a separate kitchen that have a direct connection to the covered terrace and outdoor dining area. Upstairs are planned four spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. On the floor of the recessed floor there will be a sauna, bathroom, small kitchen and a spacious terrace with pool. All floors are connected by a staircase and an elevator.
The facades are planned in visible concrete, except for the part of the kitchen facade on the ground floor and the volume of the recessed floor, which are lined with anthracite, which will visually connect the houses with the rest of the complex.
In the "second" row are planned semi-built-in buildings, the size of 300 square meters, each of which can contain one or two residential units, depending on the selected typology.
The semi-built building with one residential unit here is organized on three floors with an entrance on the 1st floor where the open space living room, dining room and kitchen are located which are connected to a spacious covered terrace.
A total of four bedrooms are planned on the floor of the recessed floor and ground floor, and each has its own bathroom and the possibility of going out on the terrace or field. All floors are connected by a staircase and an elevator.
The semi-built building with two apartments has one residential unit with an entrance on the ground floor, while the upper residential unit is organized on two floors, with an entrance on the 1st floor.
The lower apartment consists of an open space living room, dining room and kitchen that have a direct connection to the terrace on the field and two bedrooms with bathroom. The upper duplex apartment has an entrance area with wardrobe and bathroom, bedroom with bathroom and open space living area which is directly connected to the outdoor terrace. On the floor of the retracted floor, two additional bedrooms are planned, each with its own bathroom and access to a spacious terrace.
Outdoor swimming pools are planned on the surrounding landscaped terrain of the "second row", and garages are planned as separate auxiliary buildings intended to accommodate two vehicles.
In the "third row", two semi-built-up buildings are planned, each 300 square meters with one residential unit and one detached building of 400 square meters of gross construction area with two residential units. The lower apartment on the ground floor has two bedrooms and a pool on the ground, and the upper duplex apartment has three bedrooms and a pool on the floor of the recessed floor. In the "fourth row" are planned two detached buildings, each of 400 square meters with two residential units: a ground floor apartment with two bedrooms and an apartment on the upper two floors with three bedrooms.
Parking in the lower two rows is solved by buried garages for accommodating two vehicles that are connected to the apartments by a warm connection and elevator, and with two additional parking spaces on the plot.
The landscape solution of all plots will include arranging green areas by planting high and low greenery, as well as forming terraces and arranging slopes.
