Description

Brač, Postira, NEW MODERN BUILDING with 6 apartments in an ideal location harmonized with a combination of traditional and modern materials to fit into the nature that surrounds it. The heating and cooling system will be solved by installing a multi split system connected to the indoor units. Underfloor electric heating will be provided in the toilets. Electrical installations include low and strong electricity, lightning rods, telecommunications, internet and televisions.

Each apartment will have a separate meter of electricity and water consumption.

In this phase of construction, it is possible to make changes during construction in the form of choosing ceramics and parquet, installation of additional equipment etc.
