THE LOCATION

- heating and cooling is performed through a radiator with central hot water preparation for each apartment and the corresponding thermostat

- all apartments are equipped with inverter air conditioning units

VENTILATION

- artificial ventilation is provided by noiseless fans in all sanitary rooms

- ventilation kitchen is provided with separate "spiro" pipes for extraction of the hood brought to the stove positions provided by the project

ENERGY CLASS

- the project envisages "B" energy class
