Skradin, an authentic stone hotel, located just 40 meters from the coast, with a total area of 812 m2. Divorced on four floors.

The ground floor consists of a restaurant with kitchen, toilet and reception. The first and second floors hide a total of 12 rooms (six on each), while on the last floor there is one bedroom and a plant.

The hotel was completely renovated 3 years ago (new kitchen, bar, restaurant tables, all rooms and bathrooms, (). There is also a lift for four people.

Skradin is a small town located on the right bank of the river Krka, less than 20 kilometers from Sibenik. A town that hides the famous ACI marina, which is often frequented by many celebrities. It is also known as one of the entrances to the Krka National Park, from where you can visit the attractive Skradinski buk, Roški slap and the Franciscan monastery Visovac on the islet of the same name.
