Eurovilla Pula - Professionalism above all! From the first contact to filling out the paperwork for HEP, water supply... For every question we had the right answer and service! Our agent Stefano was what every buyer would want: friendly, a person with great understanding of the client, the situation and needs, patient in a very complicated situation, definitely a "problem-solver", always available (that means outside the agency's hours if it's urgent). From the first meeting in the apartment that we didn't like, he immediately "figured out" what type of client we were and what we were looking for and showed us the property that enchanted us the same day. There was no unnecessary wandering and wasting time. If it weren't for Stefan, I would probably have given up on the purchase that was quite complicated (a property under a burden). So, all my recommendations because this agency has restored my trust in the professionalism of real estate agencies (and there have been all sorts of things in the last few years).
