In her many years of education, Monika chose the humanities major as a master's degree in Croatian language and literature with almost 10 years of sales experience in Croatia and abroad in numerous positions as a sales agent in telemarketing, a sales consultant, a real estate consultant and finally an agent in direct brokerage with real estate. Communication, working with people and sales have always been her passion, and the results are what have always pushed her forward. Many challenges and obstacles in sales, especially in real estate sales, sharpened Monika's communication skills and ability to negotiate, and this is what directly affects the result, which is always the most important indicator of success. In search of an environment where she will grow professionally and improve it with her experience, Monika quickly and successfully finds her place in Eurovilla.
