We had a relationship with agent Matteo and the following is our experience. I was otherwise skeptical of agencies and their mediation because I had all sorts of experiences. The priority in those cases was to sign the preliminary contract and immediately pay the Agency. After that, most of them were gone. But in this new experience of ours, it is completely different. The agent worked with us to prepare the preliminary contract, communicate with the bank and then the contract, handover, registration in the land registry, and transfer of utilities. Payment according to their request goes when everything is finished and we receive the title deed. So a completely different logic - not just to sell the property but to complete the entire process and be of assistance to the client. The commissions are what they are and they are not small, but they are like that with everyone. In this case, I pay what I have to but I also get service from start to finish. After all, it is a team of people behind the scenes who organize it all. All in all, a nice experience and I can recommend it to everyone.
