V Zagreb sem priletela z zelo specifično misijo: imela sem le tri tedne, da najdem svoje sanjsko stanovanje. Imela sem dolg seznam zahtev, zelo specifičen proračun in popolnoma nisem vedela, kje naj sploh začnem brskati po zagrebškem najemniškem trgu. Med iskanjem pravega stanovanja, prave soseske, razumevanjem birokracije in zagotavljanjem, da so bile vse pravne zadeve pravilno urejene, se je celoten proces sprva zdel neverjetno obremenjujoč. In potem sem našla Ano. Resnično je potegnila zajca iz klobuka. V neverjetno kratkem času mi je našla najlepše stanovanje, na moji popolni lokaciji, znotraj mojega točnega proračuna, in nekako ji je uspelo natančno razumeti, kaj iščem. Vstopila sem v stanovanje in takoj vedela: TO je bil moj dom. Ana je bila neverjetno odzivna, proaktivna, podporna in pozorna skozi celoten proces. Ni mi samo pošiljala oglasov in me pustila, da sama ugotavljam stvari. Poslušala je, razumela moje potrebe, predvidela, kaj iščem, in neutrudno delala, da bi našla pravo rešitev. Tudi pravna in administrativna stran sta bili urejeni tako gladko in učinkovito. Vse se je zdelo jasno, profesionalno in popolnoma urejeno, zaradi česar je bil mednarodni selitev, ki bi lahko bila stresna, resnično lahkotna. Če se nakup stanovanja sliši kot stres, papirologija in milijon vprašajev nad glavo – no, mi smo imeli popolnoma nasprotno izkušnjo. In to zahvaljujoč Eurovilli in agentu Ivanu Didoviću. Po skoraj 2 letih samostojnega iskanja, med katerim smo naleteli na vse in svašta – od sumljivih oglasov do poskusov prevar – smo že počasi izgubljali upanje. Prodaja moje nekretnine u centru malo se odužila zbog trenutne situacije na tržištu nekretnina nakon što se umjetni balon počeo ispuhivati i svoditi na realniju razinu. Jadranka se nije predavala i vrlo vješto odigrala zadnji dogovor koji smo imale o privlačenju kupca. Ona je izvrstan strateg i jednostavno sposobna žena, za ovaj posao rođena.
