Přiletěla jsem do Záhřebu s velmi specifickým posláním: měla jsem jen tři týdny na to, abych našla svůj vysněný byt. Měla jsem dlouhý seznam požadavků, velmi specifický rozpočet a absolutně žádnou představu, kde vůbec začít s orientací na záhřebském trhu s pronájmy. Mezi nalezením správného bytu, správné čtvrti, pochopením byrokracie a zajištěním správného vyřízení všech právních záležitostí se celý proces zpočátku zdál neuvěřitelně ohromující. A pak jsem našla Annu. Skutečně vytáhla králíka z klobouku. Během neuvěřitelně krátké doby mi našla ten nejúžasnější byt, na mém perfektním místě, v rámci mého přesného rozpočtu, a nějak se jí podařilo přesně pochopit, co hledám. Vešla jsem do bytu a okamžitě jsem věděla: TOTO byl můj domov. Anna byla neuvěřitelně vstřícná, proaktivní, podporující a pozorná po celou dobu procesu. Nejenže mi posílala nabídky a nechala mě, abych si věci vyřešila sama. Naslouchala, rozuměla mým potřebám, předvídala, co hledám, a neúnavně pracovala na nalezení správného řešení. Právní a administrativní stránka byla také vyřízena tak hladce a efektivně. Vše se zdálo jasné, profesionální a kompletně zařízené, což z toho, co mohlo být stresující mezinárodní stěhování, udělalo skutečně bezstarostný zážitek. Pronajímala jsem a stěhovala se ve více než deseti zemích a mohu upřímně říci, že to byl jeden z nejhladších přechodů, jaké jsem kdy zažila. Jsem absolutně zamilovaná do svého bytu a Anně jsem tak vděčná, že mi ho pomohla najít. Pokud přijíždíte do Záhřebu ze zahraničí a cítíte se ohromeni myšlenkou orientace na trhu s pronájmy, PROSÍM, ušetřete si stres a spolupracujte s Annou.
