Priletela som do Záhrebu s veľmi špecifickou misiou: mala som len tri týždne na to, aby som našla svoj vysnívaný byt. Mala som dlhý zoznam požiadaviek, veľmi špecifický rozpočet a absolútne žiadnu predstavu, kde vôbec začať s navigáciou na záhrebskom trhu s prenájmami. Medzi nájdením správneho bytu, správnej štvrte, pochopením byrokracie a zabezpečením správneho vybavenia všetkých právnych záležitostí sa celý proces spočiatku zdal neuveriteľne ohromujúci. A potom som našla Annu. Skutočne vytiahla králika z klobúka. V neuveriteľne krátkom čase mi našla ten najúžasnejší byt, na mojom perfektnom mieste, v rámci môjho presného rozpočtu a nejako sa jej podarilo presne pochopiť, čo hľadám. Vošla som do bytu a okamžite som vedela: TOTO bol môj domov. Anna bola neuveriteľne pohotová, proaktívna, podporná a pozorná počas celého procesu. Nielenže mi posielala ponuky a nechala ma, aby som si veci vyriešila sama. Počúvala, rozumela mojim potrebám, predvídala, čo hľadám, a neúnavne pracovala na nájdení správneho riešenia. Právna a administratívna stránka bola tiež vybavená tak hladko a efektívne. Všetko sa zdalo jasné, profesionálne a kompletne postarané, čo z toho, čo mohlo byť stresujúce medzinárodné sťahovanie, urobilo skutočne bezstarostný zážitok. Prenajímala som a sťahovala sa vo viac ako desiatich krajinách a môžem úprimne povedať, že to bol jeden z najhladších prechodov, aké som kedy zažila.
