Ja tämä Eurovillan ja agentti Ivan Didovićin ansiosta. Lähes 2 vuoden itsenäisen etsinnän jälkeen, jonka aikana törmäsimme kaikenlaiseen – epäilyttävistä ilmoituksista huijausyrityksiin – olimme jo hitaasti menettämässä toivoa. Ja sitten päätimme ottaa yhteyttä virastoon… ja se oli paras päätös, jonka olisimme voineet tehdä. Ivan löysi kirjaimellisesti 2 päivässä asunnon, joka vastasi kaikkia toiveitamme ja ehtojamme. Koko asunnon ostoprosessi hänen kanssaan oli niin sujuva, että jossain vaiheessa kysyimme – odota, onko tämä todella kaikki vai odottaako meitä vielä kaaos? Mutta ei – kaikki ratkaistiin ammattimaisesti, nopeasti ja ilman stressiä. Ja sitten vielä kirsikka kakun päällä – pieni huomionosoitus sopimuksen allekirjoittamisen yhteydessä. Pieni asia, mutta sellainen, joka todella jää sydämeen ja osoittaa, ettet ole “vain asiakas”. In the last 6 months I have looked at many properties in Istria, I have arranged viewings with Larisa and I was very satisfied with the services. I have noticed many things that I do not like with other agencies (I will not list them here), but with Larisa there was none of that. Communication was always professional without unnecessary waste of time, I always received all the important information in advance and everything we agreed on happened as it happened. I have had a lot of experience with different agents and I have always been annoyed that such impersonal and arrogant people would get a large commission from me, however, with Larisa for the first time I did not have this feeling because she really deserved it. We had a relationship with agent Matteo and the following is our experience. I was otherwise skeptical of agencies and their mediation because I had all sorts of experiences. The priority in those cases was to sign the preliminary contract and immediately pay the Agency. After that, most of them were gone. But in this new experience of ours, it is completely different. The agent worked with us to prepare the preliminary contract, communicate with the bank and then the contract, handover, registration in the land registry, and transfer of utilities. Payment according to their request goes when everything is finished and we receive the title deed. So a completely different logic - not just to sell the property but to complete the entire process and be of assistance to the client. The commissions are what they are and they are not small, but they are like that with everyone. In this case, I pay what I have to but I also get service from start to finish. After all, it is a team of people behind the scenes who organize it all. All in all, a nice experience and I can recommend it to everyone.

Sve to gđu Jadranku nije obeshrabrilo, štoviše, zajedno sa mnom dala se u potragu, izvrsno procjenjujući situaciju u svakom stanu i nakon gotovo desetak pogledanih stanova, pronašla mi je zaista savršen DOM, u centru, s dva parkirna mjesta u dvorištu, s velikim vrtom, prekrasan novouređeni, potpuno renovirani stan i to sve unutar mog budget-a, a još i u kući u kojoj žive svi prekrasni ljudi. Nevjerojatno! Dakle, ne mogu joj dovoljno zahvaliti i nemam dovoljno riječi pohvale za njezin trud, ukus, ljubaznost i predanost. Čista desetka za agenticu i za agenciju!
