Istra, Pula, a quality new building in an ideal location

Six modern buildings are being built not far from the centre of Pula. Each building contains four apartments.
They consist of the ground floor, first floor, and second floor, and there are two apartments on each floor.

Prices vary depending on the area of the apartment.

VAT is included in the price, so the buyer does not pay real estate sales tax.

The payment dynamics are flexible and are agreed upon with the investor according to the project phase. Construction began in the spring of 2022, and completion is planned for December 2024. The stated construction deadline is provided for construction craftsman work, while the documentation (floor plan, use permit, energy certificate, and other documentation) may be later than the deadline and depends on the competent authorities.

The customer participates in the construction process so that he can choose finishing materials for floors, walls, sanitary facilities, and heating even at this stage.
