You can also try the traditional cuisine in the Kod Pere (At Pero’s) restaurant, a place that has become increasingly popular in the past few years, as well as the Zelenjak restaurant. If you are in the mood for pizza, you will surely find a perfect combination of flavours to your taste at 'Žac'!
Besides being known for concerts, Sports-recreation Center Šalata is the main gathering place for sports enthusiasts. On one of the 30 sports fields, you have the opportunity to play soccer, basketball or enjoy a game of tennis. From winter sports, hockey and skating should be highlighted. You can find them at Šalata skating rink that was built in 1928 and is one of the most famous and beautiful sports facilities in this part of Europe to this day. On Šalata, you will certainly be able to dive into an Olympic sized pool, and if you prefer running or walking there are numerous beautiful parks in this neighbourhood.
