Istria, Žminj, construction of 2 high-quality residential buildings with modern design in Žminj, following the concept of urban villas.

One-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 54-95m2 in an attractive location in the very center of Žminj.

The building consists of 3 floors: ground floor, 1st floor, and 2nd floor.

On the ground floor and 1st floor, there are 3 apartments each (one-bedroom and two-bedroom), while the 2nd floor will accommodate 2 three-bedroom apartments.

One-bedroom apartments consist of: an entrance hall, a storage room, an open concept living room, kitchen and dining area, a bedroom, a bathroom and a loggia.

Heating and cooling will be provided by air conditioning units and air-to-air heat pumps with automatic heating system control that allows for automatic shutdown during the night.

All floors, depending on their purpose, will be covered with ceramic tiles or parquet flooring with the appropriate layer of thermal insulation and hydro insulation in certain areas. The walkways of the outdoor covered terraces and entrances, as well as the uncovered staircase, will be tiled with ceramic tiles.

All exterior joinery is a combination of PVC/ALU joinery, and window glazing consists of double thermal pane glass. Windows have sun blinds or internal blackout curtains. Internal joinery is wooden. Exterior doors are made of ALU material.

The price per square meter for apartments is €2,800, a parking space costs €5,000, and there is an additional charge for a garden for ground-floor apartments ranging from €4000 to €10000 depending on the size of the garden.

The completion of the project is scheduled for the end of 2024.
