In Tar, in a quiet location, the construction of a modern and high-quality residential building with 11 residential units begins.

The building consists of the ground floor, first, second, and third floors.
There will be three apartments on each floor, while there will be two on the ground floor. The square footage of the apartments on each floor will be between 37 and 66 m2, while the apartments on the ground floor will be between 76 and 88 m2, and these apartments also have a garden.
Each apartment will have a terrace as well as two private parking spaces.

Prices vary depending on the area of the apartment.

VAT is included in the price, so the buyer does not pay real estate sales tax.
The payment dynamics are flexible and are agreed upon with the investor according to the project phase. Construction will begin in February 2024, and completion is planned for August 2025. The specified construction deadline is provided for construction craftsman work, while the documentation (floor plan, use permit, energy certificate, and other documentation) may be later than the deadline and depends on the competent authorities.
