Makarska, four modern villas.

Each of the villas is positioned on a separate plot, as a detached building, independent of other villas.

The area of each villa is on average about 350m2 (basement, ground floor and first floor), and the area of the plots is about 420m2.

All four villas have open views of the sea and islands on one side and the mountain Biokovo on the other.

The whole complex is carefully designed and fully equipped with all the facilities and equipment needed for housing and many additional benefits.

So, each villa has an aesthetically pleasing landscaped garden with its own pool and outdoor fireplace.
