In the Trokut settlement, a smaller residential building is being built, divided into the ground floor, first and second floors.

Technical description:
- the construction of the building is planned with a combination of AB panels and bricks (Thermoblock 25 cm) with a flat roof that is insulated with TPO foil and washed gravel ballast
- partition walls are made using the dry method of construction with insulation and double coating of gypsum boards
- shower tubs with a floor drain, protective tempered glass on the side of the shower tub, single-handed faucets with ceramic handles of the Grohe type or similar
- porcelain ceramics with a thickness of min. 8 mm, balconies, terraces, staircases
- underfloor heating with hot water tank and heat pumps
- cooling with air conditioners
- PVC joinery with 6 chamber profiles and triple glazing, aluminum blinds, mosquito nets
- floor covering parquet 3-layer thickness 14 mm
- facade ETICS system EPS 15 mm, finishing silicone plaster
- burglar-proof and fire-proof entrance door
- parking spaces and yard - asphalt (parking spaces protected by a ramp)
- the cabinet with automatic fuses will be located in the entrance hall next to the cabinet for electricity and multimedia
