Pula, Šikići, complex of modern buildings

Four modern buildings are being built in Šikići, not far from Pula. Three buildings have 15 apartments each, while one has 13 apartments. The first building consists of the ground floor, first and second floors, and there are 5 apartments on each floor.

The first 15 apartments in building A are on sale. Prices vary depending on the area of the apartment.

VAT is included in the price, the buyer does not pay real estate sales tax.

The dynamics of payment are flexible and are agreed upon with the investor, according to the phases of the project.
Construction will begin in the spring of 2024, and completion is planned for December 2025. The stated construction deadline is provided for construction craftsman works, while the documentation (floor plan, use permit, energy certificate, and other documentation) may be later than the deadline and depends on the competent authorities.

The customer participates in the construction process so that he can choose the finishing materials for the floors, walls, facade, and sanitary facilities.
