Ugljan, Apartment with unobstructed sea view, first row to the sea

Ugljan, the center of Ugljan on the island of Ugljan, in a unique location, first row to the sea, apartments in a modernly designed building are under construction.

During construction, only the highest quality materials and equipment will be used. The building was designed as two buildings, each with two apartments.

The buildings will be connected to each other by an entrance terrace, with a total of four apartments. The apartments are spacious and sunny, and their terraces offer a beautiful and unobstructed view of the sea.

The orientation of the building was designed in such a way that the terraces will have natural shade in the summer months and thus contribute to a pleasant stay in them.

All parking spaces will be covered with pergolas. A storage room for bicycles will be provided, as well as a common storage room for the owners of all four apartments.
