Vodice, new building with sea view

The Vodice residential building is a project under construction, which is located in a quiet part of the town of Vodice, and the construction of a smaller residential building on 3 floors, with a total of 7 apartments, and 7 outdoor parking spaces is planned.

The residential building is very close to the center of Vodice, and the beautiful beaches are about 450 meters from the sea, and the building is well connected by traffic to all locations in the town of Vodice itself.

The project has a valid building permit, and construction itself began on April 1, 2023, and occupancy is planned for December 1, 2024.
