Slunj is a town in the mountainous part of central Croatia, located along an important north-south route towards the Adriatic Sea between Karlovac and Plitvice Lakes National Park, at the junction of the Korana and Slunjčica rivers. Access to the property: from the direction of Split by highway, exit at the Gornja Ploča toll station (total distance 290 km); from the direction of Zagreb by highway, exit at the Karlovac toll station (total distance 108 km).

The property is 3 km from the main road Karlovac - Slunj (D1).

The nearest tourist attraction is the town of Rastoke to the north (6 km away).

To the south of the property are the Plitvice Lakes, 30 km away on the D1 road.
