And of course, at the end, the beautiful, modern, large, heated swimming pool located in the middle of the plot stands out, like a pearl, which is of course the central part of this villa. It is a self-cleaning overflow pool of large dimensions: 1.7 m deep, 5 m wide and 12 m long, the entrance to the pool has steps along its entire width, and it is rounded at the other end. It is covered with special blue tiles and is equipped with lighting that gives a special, romantic atmosphere at night. Next to the pool, below ground level, there is an engine room from which, apart from the pool, all functions of the villa can be controlled (electricity, lighting, irrigation, house heating, water heating, pool lights), and it also serves as an additional storage room for pool maintenance equipment. .
