On the walled area of 1700 m2 there is a newly built and decorated holiday house. The house also comes with a water connection, regular garbage collection, a 17.40 kW electricity connection with the possibility of installing a solar power plant. The house is rated with an A++ energy certificate and has a fireplace and central heating (radiator and underfloor), as well as 10 cm thick stone wool thermal insulation. The facade is covered with crushed stone, and the jambs around the doors and windows, as well as the door sills and window sills, are made of hand-hewn solid stone.

The yard, like the house, is decorated in a Mediterranean style with a lawn, associated flora and is fully equipped with an irrigation system that is supplied with rainwater and excess filtered water from the pool, and water from the water supply can also be used if necessary. At the very entrance there is a large wrought-iron front door with remote control, which closes automatically. The entire plot is also equipped with a surveillance and anti-burglary system. The living room and dining room offer a view of the pool and easy movement through the large glass double doors between the house and the exterior to the pool and terrace. The kitchen, located right next to the dining room, is spacious and designed for smooth kitchen work and also contains all kinds of state-of-the-art appliances. Next to the kitchen, there is also a pantry with cleaning supplies under the stairs. From the dining room there is also a corridor that leads to two bedrooms with double beds, each of which has its own satellite television, its own exit to the outside of the house and a bathroom. Before the bedrooms there is also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Going straight up the stairs leads to another very spacious bedroom with a double bed, a cot, a bathroom, and from the window you can even see the Adriatic Sea.

And of course, at the end, the beautiful, modern, large, heated swimming pool located in the middle of the plot stands out, like a pearl, which is of course the central part of this villa. It is a self-cleaning overflow pool of large dimensions: 1.7 m deep, 5 m wide and 12 m long, the entrance to the pool has steps along its entire width, and it is rounded at the other end. It is covered with special blue tiles and is equipped with lighting that gives a special, romantic atmosphere at night. Next to the pool, below ground level, there is an engine room from which, apart from the pool, all functions of the villa can be controlled (electricity, lighting, irrigation, house heating, water heating, pool lights), and it also serves as an additional storage room for pool maintenance equipment. .
