On the beautiful island of Vir, a few steps from the sea, there is a beautiful newly built villa with a swimming pool. The location, in addition to the landscaped beach and clean sea, offers peace and privacy. Thanks to the orientation, throughout the summer you can feel the freshness coming down from Velebit.

Vir is one of the most visited areas on the Croatian coast, with one of the largest number of overnight stays, known for excellent private accommodations.

The building is divided into three floors, with a total area of 300 m2.

The ground floor consists of an entrance hall, a spacious living room, a kitchen with a dining room (both have direct access to the yard), a bathroom, and a bedroom with an attached bathroom (adapted for people with disabilities). On the first floor there are four bedrooms (two with terraces) with attached bathrooms. The basement is designed as a storage space and engine room. All rooms and the living area are equipped with air conditioners.
