The office rental price is a flat rate and covers: office rent, maintenance costs, utility costs, cleaning costs, sanitary consumables, use of the upstairs meeting room and common kitchen, one parking space in the underground garage and reception on the ground floor of the building.

The rental price does not include telephone/internet connection and furniture.

An additional parking space can be rented at a price of €50.00 + VAT per month. As part of the Sky Office underground garage, a public garage is organized with a parking price of HRK 7.00 per hour. All tenants have the option of validating parking cards for their guests and paying the total cost of validation at the end of the month based on the submitted invoice.

The facility also has 3 large halls equipped for meetings, presentations or education and public address, which is charged additionally.
