A beautiful heritage hotel on the waterfront. The first heritage hotel in Šibenik-Knin County and declared as a cultural asset.

It consists of four floors, gross area of 928.96 m2. It contains a total of 9 rooms that are in well-established tourist rental.

Ground floor: bar, restaurant, kitchen, sanitary and cloakrooms for staff, vestibule of sanitary facilities for guests, 2x sanitary facilities, two warehouses, swimming pool equipment, hot water boilers (solar), vestibule, massage area, gym, air conditioning, sauna with showers, second sauna, women's toilet, men's toilet and laundry room. Total net area of 311.62 m2.

First floor: entrance, reception, toilet, cash desk, staircase, terrace, swimming pool, apartment A1, apartment A2. Total net area of 201.24 m2.

Second floor: corridor and staircase, apartments A1, A2 and A3. Total net area of 137.09 m2.

The hotel has been operating successfully for fourteen years. Within the hotel itself there is a coffee bar (on the terrace on which breakfast is served) and it has a fully equipped kitchen for possibility of opening a restaurant. There is a swimming pool of 25.20 m2 on the spacious terrace on the first floor.

Completely renovated, the bathrooms were renovated in 2019, while the furniture was reupholstered and the parquet was varnished this year.
