In one of the most beautiful and attractive coves on the southern side of the island of Korčula, there is a modern house, recently built (2013), south facing, in the first row to the sea. Living area of approx. 250m2 consists of three floors, basement, ground floor and first floor.

An internal staircase leads to the first floor, which consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a terrace with a jacuzzi.

It is possible to park up to three cars on the lot.

The road to the house is macadam, it is connected to electricity and has a water tank and a septic tank.
