In a quiet bay between Sibenik and Primosten, only twenty meters from the beach, there is this house on three floors with a living area of 350 m2.

The ground floor consists of a living room with access to a terrace of 14 m2, kitchen and dining room which also have access to the terrace (26 m2), bathroom and boiler room.

On the first floor there is an apartment consisting of a living room with access to the terrace (14 m2), kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the second floor of the house is an apartment consisting of a living room with access to a terrace of 22 m2, kitchen and dining room and bedroom and bathroom. The house has been successfully rented to tourists for years during the season and in its immediate vicinity there is a pier with a gazebo for relaxation and a boat mooring.

The Sibenik Riviera is a unique jewel of Dalmatia. Crystal clear sea, beaches, a large number of islands and islets, authentic fishing villages, vineyards, and the remains of medieval towns surrounded by walls, are just some of the many beauties that this region offers. What makes it special are two pearls of nature: Krka National Park, where the 72 km long Krka River flows through narrow canyons towards the Adriatic Sea, creating magical cascades, waterfalls and lakes, and Kornati National Park with its 89 beautiful islands and cliffs.
