The first floor consists of a landing with two bedrooms and private bathrooms. One bedroom has access to an uncovered terrace, while the other has a balcony.
The land is in the sun all day, surrounded by untouched nature, and represents an oasis of peace in the immediate vicinity of Vela Luka's center.
