In one of the smaller towns in the municipality of Svetvinčenat, there is this rustic stone house of 143 m2, spread over two floors, on a large and well-kept garden of 596 m2.

The house consists on the ground floor of a large equipped kitchen, a living room where the central place is a stone fireplace. Large wooden beams adorn the ceiling structure and give a warm note to the whole space. In the ground floor there is also one bedroom and a bathroom, as well as a small storage room. The outdoor part of the yard has a large swimming pool and sun deck, a nice covered terrace provides shade in the summer months. A real autochthonous barbecue built in brick is available for gatherings, while the tall laurel-cherry tree hides the house from the view and the neighborhood. The entire garden is fully irrigated, and is always neat and green.

On the upper floor there are three more bedrooms and a bathroom, a small storage room. Daikin air conditioners are in every room, as well as in the lower part of the house.

The distance from Savičenta is only 10 minutes by car, it takes 20 minutes to get to Pula, the airport.
