A charming family stone house is located in a quiet location in the heart of Imotska Krajina. It extends over three floors, with a total living area of 150 m2 on a plot of land of 130 m2.

On the ground floor of the house there is a beautiful tavern with a kitchen in traditional Dalmatian style, which leads directly to the courtyard surrounded by Mediterranean plants. The first floor consists of an open kitchen, dining room, bathroom and living room with access to the terrace, and the stairs lead to the gallery with two bedrooms.

The beautiful garden has two cascading terraces for seating, and a beautiful separate large garden of 260 m2, with the possibility of building a swimming pool. The house itself has great potential for tourist purposes.

The whole house is heated with wood, due to the altitude of 650 m, the winters are extremely cold.
