We mediate in the sale of an apartment located just a few minutes walk from the city center. It is located in a residential building with a total of 12 residential units and is located on the fourth floor. The apartment of 63.36 m2 consists of a small entrance hall, a spacious living room with access to a terrace that provides a lot of daylight in the room, a kitchen with a dining room also with access to the loggia, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a storage room.
