This unique and modern villa is located on one of the most beautiful islands in the Adriatic in Vrbnik.

The size of the villa is 240 m2 on a plot of 800 m2. It is divided into two floors (ground floor and first floor). From every corner of the ground floor there is an exit to the terrace where there is an 18 m long outdoor pool with a wonderful view of the old part of Vrbnik, the church and the Kvarner Bay. Due to the large glass walls, the rooms offer a unique view of Vrbnik when you wake up in the morning.
