The Kutjeva vineyard, an idyllic country estate, consists of 3 ha of vineyards, 3 ha of forest and beautiful greenery. The property has great potential for building rural tourism, given its location in the heart of Slavonia.

At the entrance is an old Slavonian house of approx. 46 m2, which consists of a kitchen with a living room, a pantry, a bedroom and a toilet. In front of the house there is a well and a concrete canopy, which includes a fishbowl and a bread oven.

A stone path leads you to a wooden barn of 72 m2, which is intended for animals, food storage and a Slavonian barn of 12 m2. Water was brought to the building. In the continuation of the road, there is a newly built stable of 96 m2 for horses, in which 5 stalls are provided.
