In Medulin, certainly one of the most sought-after destinations in Istria, known for its attractive beaches, beautiful, flawless green areas, there is also this old building - a stone house in a row with a small pleasant yard.

The house has a floor plan area of 90 m2 and extends over 3 floors.

On the ground floor there is a kitchen area, on the floor there are old autochthonous stone slabs, on the middle floor there are also ancient stone stairs, and there is a bathroom, a concrete blanket - and a fireplace and a living room, a bedroom. There are two more bedrooms on the third floor.

The carpentry is wooden, new. The whole house has central heating, which is not in operation. Each room has an air conditioner, which is certainly not needed during the summer months.

In the yard there is greenery and enough space for a pleasant stay outside.

The house does not have its own parking space. The church is in the immediate vicinity and the area around it has marked parking spaces that can be used throughout the year free of charge.
