Novigrad, in the center of the town there is a beautiful authentic Dalmatian stone house in a row.

A real antique and a jewel of construction, the building needs interior adaptation. The one-meter-thick stone walls make this building truly stable.

The last adaptation of the complete roof and roof beams was recently done according to the rules of the profession, in order not to allow the deterioration of this unique building.

It extends over three floors, each floor has 93m2 of closed usable area, which gives us a total square footage of 279m2.

The advantage of this future project is the possibility of dividing the building into two apartments, as the construction of separate entrances is feasible. One entrance at the front and one entrance at the back of the house.

Complete infrastructure exists - city sewage, electricity and water.
