White Deer Resort (Plitvička jezera, Croatia) is a project of a hotel, 4 villas, a camp and a restaurant conceived as a resort.
The restaurant is leased and in operation.

The construction of the project is planned in 3 construction phases - hotel and restaurant (existing building and restaurant reconstruction), 4 villas, camp. Only a 10-minute drive from the entrance to the Plitvice Lakes National Park.

White Deer Resort (Plitvice Lakes, Plitvice) construction stages:
PHASE 1 (reconstruction of the existing building): boutique hotel with 8 four-star apartments for 4 people each and 1 exclusive penthouse apartment for 8 people, and a restaurant as well as one villa with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, sauna and jacuzzi. A swimming pool is planned as part of the 1st phase. Obtained building permit and open construction site.

PHASE 2 (construction of villas): 3 villas with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, sauna and jacuzzi and separate fitness-wellness stand-alone facilities. Obtained building permit and open construction site.

PHASE 3: glamping / camping with the possibility of positioning 50 luxury mobile homes each on a large plot with privacy, jacuzzi and horticulture. On this plot there will be a winter pool, fitness and wellness throughout the year. Possibility of 50 campsites.

PHASE 1 and PHASE 2 are being developed on land with an area of approx. 6,000.00 m2.
PHASE 3 GLAMPING / CAMPING (mobile homes) is being developed on a land area of approx. 25,000.00 m2.

The total area of the land is approx. 31,000.00 m2, and leaves numerous opportunities for the development of winter sports, artificial lakes, etc...

Prepared projects and cost estimates, paid a part of communal and water contributions, and electricity, obtained offers from contractors, made an investment / financial study in 2022.
