This beautiful house of 85 m2 is located on a secluded, large plot of 3240 m2, only 50 m from the sea, which is reached by a landscaped path.

The house itself consists of a spacious living room and kitchen, a bathroom, a small hallway leading to two bedrooms. One room has its own bathroom. The large, spacious terrace is located at the very entrance to the house, and is connected to the kitchen by a balcony door.

Underfloor heating runs through the entire house and the rooms are air-conditioned.

There is parking for three vehicles in the large garden.
