Agricultural land with an area of 107,055 m2 in an exceptional location. The entire area of the plot is located within the walls of Ston, it has its own entrance door, which is also the only passage through the walls of Ston.

There is an old building from 1968 on the plot as well as a well, both for reconstruction. Ideal also for the cable car route that is already planned in the Municipality of Ston, Zip line or other tourist attractions, as well as for the construction of a theme and interactive park for tourists ("Walk through the history of the Republic of Dubrovnik and Ston") with obtaining grants from the EU funds
