Zadar, Privlaka, an impressive old Dalmatian stone house built at the beginning of the 20th century. It consists of a ground floor and an attic, the gross floor area is 110 m2.
The ground floor consists of a bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen and dining room.
The center of the lower part is a large stone fireplace that reaches the ceiling and divides the room into two parts.
Internal wooden stairs lead to the attic where there are two spacious bedrooms, each of which is 25 m2 and a guest toilet.
The yard of the house is also decorated in the Dalmatian style, the garden is beautifully decorated with olive trees and fig trees.
In its long history, the house has undergone several renovations, and the last one was in 2014, when it was completely renovated and adapted.
During the restoration, the original stone of the house was used, the old walls with a thickness of 55 cm were preserved, new massive beams were placed as supporting attics, and the wood of the old Slavonian peat was used.
The old Slavonian moorland was also used when making most of the furniture, which is unique by hand.
The house has been used for tourist purposes for 7 years and has achieved excellent results with more than 120 annual occupancy days, making it such an excellent investment.
