In the popular resort of northern Dalmatia, Vir, four residential buildings with 12 apartments are being built at a walking distance of 220 m from the beach.

Buildings labeled A, B, C and D consist of 4 apartments per building distributed over 3 floors (ground floor, first floor and second floor) with a usable roof terrace that is sold separately:

Object A - Two-story apartment A3 on the first and second floor, 58.3 m2, South-East orientation with included roof terrace of 26.7 m2 with a wonderful view.

Apartment A3 is spread over the 1st and 2nd floor of the building. On the 1st floor, it consists of bedroom 1 with an area of 11 m2, bedroom 2 with an area of 9.8 m2 and a bathroom with an area of 3.1 m2. On the 2nd floor, it consists of a living area of 24 m2 (kitchen, dining room and living room), a bathroom of 3.8 m2 and a roof terrace of 26.7 m2.

All apartments will be equipped with air conditioners in the living room. The floor coverings will be made of ceramic tiles. The glasses will be triple-layered and the external insulation will be made of 10 cm stone wool.

In the construction phase, it is still possible to arrange the interior decoration.

The price of the apartment includes a parking space and a storage room.

Method of payment: 30% upon signing the preliminary contract / 30% upon completion of the concrete works / 30% upon completion of the facade and interior / 10% upon obtaining the use permit.

The anticipated completion of rough construction works is in December 2024, and occupancy by June 1, 2025. year.
