In the popular resort of northern Dalmatia, Vir, four residential buildings with 12 apartments are being built at a walking distance of 220 m from the beach.

Buildings labeled A, B, C and D consist of 3 apartments per building facing South-East, spread over 3 floors (ground floor, first floor and second floor) with a usable roof terrace that is sold separately.

Object D – Two-story apartment D2 first floor of 78.64 m2

Apartment D2 is spread over the 1st and 2nd floor. On the first floor, it consists of three bedrooms of 8 m2 and 10 m2, a bathroom of 3.2 m2 and a terrace of 13 m2. On the 2nd floor, it consists of a spacious living area of 35 m2 (kitchen, dining room and living room), a bathroom of 4.7 m2 and a terrace of 13 m2. Both terraces have an unobstructed view of the sea.

All apartments will be equipped with air conditioners in the bedrooms and living room. The floor coverings will be made of ceramic tiles. The glasses will be triple-layered and the external insulation will be made of 10 cm stone wool. Lighting and sanitation are not included in the price.

In the construction phase, it is still possible to arrange the interior decoration.

Apartment has two parking spaces included.

The anticipated completion of rough construction works is in December 2024, and occupancy by April 1, 2025.
