Zagreb, kneza Borne, center, five-room apartment 143 m2 on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator (the plan is to install an elevator). The building was not damaged in the earthquake, the roof was completely replaced and new chimneys made of light materials were installed and new flue installations were inserted, and the renovation of the courtyard facade is planned. The building received a green sticker.

The apartment consists of an entrance hall, four bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining room, two bathrooms, a work area, a storage room and a closed loggia.

The orientation of the apartment is north-south. Above the apartment there is a high attic space with a sloping roof in which the tenant has the right to an area corresponding to the co-ownership share (the share is located directly above the apartment). Heating is by gas stoves. During the last renovation in 2019. gas pipes were pulled out of the wall in accordance with the regulations and new clocks were installed. After the earthquake, gas boilers were replaced with new electric ones.

In the past, the apartment was divided into three units, which can still be achieved with a relatively simple partition.

Parquet floors are laid throughout the apartment, and the ceiling is 265 cm high.
