The production and business complex consists of three buildings, namely a business and production building with a showroom, then a storage building with a canopy and a production building with office spaces.

The 13,193 m2 plot of land on which the production and business complex is located is landscaped and fenced with paved parking and manipulative surfaces.

The business-production building of 1281 m2 was built in 2000, and consists of an exhibition and sales part, which consists of a ground floor of 141.83 m2 and a first floor of 141.83 m2, and a production ground floor part of 997.40 m2. The building was built using the prefab construction method, made of reinforced concrete prefab elements on strip reinforced concrete foundations. The facade of the exhibition and sales section is constructed as a ventilated facade of HPL panels, while the facade of the production section is constructed of reinforced concrete prefabricated elements with a colored finish. The roof is constructed as a gable roof made of prefab elements and covered with trapezoidal sheet metal. The building is very well decorated and equipped according to the purpose of the space.

The warehouse building was built in 2005, and consists of a ground floor of 797.88m2 and a first floor of 797.88m2, and an open exterior covered with a canopy of 904.55m2. The building was built using the prefab construction method, made of reinforced concrete prefab elements on strip reinforced concrete foundations. The facade is made of reinforced concrete prefabricated elements. The roof on the storage area is made of ab prefab elements covered with trapezoidal sheet metal. The canopy is made of ab prefab elements, with a single roof covered with a trapezoidal sheet. The building is good arranged and equipped according to the purpose of the space.

The office-production building was built in 2010 and consists of a ground floor of 1842.73m2, a gallery of 186.36m2 and a first floor of 1842.73m2. The office part with sanitary facilities and rooms for employees is located on the ground floor, the gallery and the first floor of the western part of the building. The building was built using the prefab construction method, made of reinforced concrete prefab elements on strip reinforced concrete foundations. The facade is made of reinforced concrete prefabricated elements. The roof is designed as a gable roof of ab prefabricated elements covered with insulating roof panels. The building is very well decorated and equipped according to the purpose of the space.

The buildings are connected to the electricity and water supply network, heating is via a sawdust stove and an oil boiler.
