Brač, Bol, attractive agricultural plot with a surface area of 130,000 m².

It is located on the south side of the island, 1.5 km from the center of Bol, and 3.5 km from the "Zlatni Rat" beach.

The plot offers a panoramic view of the town, the sea, and Hvar.

Construction is possible on the plot for up to 4 projects, each approximately 30,000 m², as part of a family agricultural estate.

Conditions from the spatial plan:

Residential and agricultural buildings for the needs of a registered family agricultural estate and for providing hospitality and tourism services in a rural household can be built according to the following criteria:

- Buildings can be constructed on agricultural land of at least 3 hectares, in areas marked on the cartographic representations for the use and purpose of construction zones;

- Buildings can have a maximum ground floor area of 400 m² gross construction area, and/or a fully buried basement up to 1000 m² gross construction area;

- The height to the eaves of these buildings can be a maximum of 5 meters;

- The building must be at least 100 meters from the shoreline;

- Separate individual buildings of appropriate total area cannot be built, but the buildings must form a functional unit with rational use of space;

- Building permits can be issued only on land that has been put to use and planted with permanent crops, specifically vineyards, for at least 2 years, covering at least 70% of the total area of the family agricultural estate and rural household for providing hospitality and tourism services;

- The possibility of constructing these facilities implies engaging in agriculture as a registered primary activity;

- The land must provide at least 5 parking spaces;

- Buildings are connected to communal infrastructure according to local conditions;

- These areas and uses cannot be repurposed for other uses.
