Gračansko dolje, building plot area of 1218 m2 with a smaller building for demolition. It is located in the beautiful Podsljeme area of the City of Zagreb. Access to the plot is provided from Gračansko dolje street on the south side, frontage 22 m. There is also an exit to the street on the north side.

• the maximum built-up area of the building plot is 20%;
• the largest GBP is 400 m2;
• the highest ki 0.5;
• the smallest natural terrain is 60% of the surface of the building plot and it is not possible to plan it within the space reserved for the extension of the existing street;
• the maximum height is two above-ground floors, with the second floor shaped like an attic or a recessed floor.

Distance from public transportation (tram) about 200 meters. In the immediate vicinity is a large Spar (store), coffee bar, etc...
