I have been selling a large agricultural property in the Drenje municipality for a long time. Thanks to agent Lana from Đakovo, we were able to sell it to wonderful young people who are continuing my story. Many thanks to everyone!

I accepted the initiative of the Euroville agent - Lana Buršić to sell my property in Đakovo. We went through all the advantages and disadvantages of the older family house together, where the agent showed full understanding of the details and focus on completing the necessary documentation for presentation to potential buyers (from the bank's clearance statement, the use permit, the easement agreement). The pleasant and measured approach, feedback, and communication with me instilled confidence in me as well as in her contact with potential buyers, which resulted in the sale in a relatively short time. In any case, without any exaggeration, I give the best recommendations for Lana, and I thank her for her cooperation.

What particularly impressed me was Lana's proactiveness. She regularly informed me about new offers, organized property viewings in record time, and was always willing to adapt to my schedule. Her negotiation skills were also key in achieving an excellent price for the purchased property. Lana is more than just a real estate agent; she is a partner who cares about her clients. Her positive energy and genuine desire to help made this experience enjoyable and successful. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient real estate agent.
